Founded with a vision to deliver reliable and high-quality piping solutions, Florex Green (India) PVC Ltd. has grown from a small manufacturing setup into a trusted name in the PVC, CPVC, Agriculture, SWR, and Bathroom Accessories industry. Our journey reflects continuous innovation, customer trust, and a strong commitment to quality manufacturing.

2012
Our journey started in 2012 with a single moulding machine for UPVC fittings manufacturing in a rented facility. The company was established with the dedication and partnership of five visionary partners who laid the foundation of the brand through hard work, quality commitment, and customer-focused values.
2016
In 2016, we took a major step forward by establishing our own proprietorship firm and expanding production capacity with three moulding machines. This phase marked the beginning of independent operations and business expansion.
2018
The year 2018 became a turning point in our growth journey. We purchased our own 10,000 sq. ft. industrial land and expanded into pipe manufacturing by installing our first UPVC pipe extrusion line for production ranging from 15mm to 50mm pipes.

During the same year, we also added CPVC moulding machines for manufacturing CPVC fittings from 20mm to 50mm.
2020
To meet growing market demand and improve productivity, we installed our second pipe extrusion line in 2020. This investment strengthened our manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency.
2021
In 2021, we diversified our product portfolio by entering the Agriculture and SWR piping segment. We installed dedicated extrusion machinery for Agri and SWR pipes and added large moulding machines for manufacturing Agri and SWR fittings.
2022
With a focus on complete product integration and quality control, we started in-house CPVC pipe manufacturing in 2022 with production capacity ranging from 10mm to 50mm pipes.
2023
In 2023, we introduced PVC PN-4 and economical fittings to cater to wider market requirements with cost-effective and durable solutions.
2024
The year 2024 marked another major achievement as we started high-volume production of PVC pipes ranging from 40mm to 200mm in 2.5kg/cm², 4kg/cm², and 6kg/cm² pressure categories.

Our products achieved ISI certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards, reflecting our strong commitment to quality and industry standards.
2025
Continuing our innovation journey, we expanded into PTMT taps and bathroom accessories manufacturing in 2025, offering durable, stylish, and modern bathroom solutions.
2026
In 2026, we further diversified our product range by starting manufacturing of Garden Pipes, Zebra Pipes, and Braided Pipes to serve domestic, agricultural, and industrial applications.
